About Paul

As a biology and pre-med major, Paul chose a career in massage after he was seriously injured in a fall from a roof. He ‘landed’ in the medical system as a frustrated patient and became disillusioned with many Western medical practices.

Graduating from the Reese Institute of Massage in 1990 was the beginning of what has turned into a 30+ year massage practice. In addition, he has taught seminars and workshops throughout the US and Canada on his work Cranial Unwinding.

Paul’s training, includes Trager, Positional Release, Dynamic Structural Learning, Upledger’s Cranial Sacral Therapy and Paul St. John’s NMT, to name a few, and is a certified Core™ Structural Integrative Therapist and Somatic Educator.

In August of 2014, Paul completed his training to be a HearthMath™ Certified Instructor and has enthusiastically integrated these techniques into his massage practice, seminars, and his 

own life. 

His training in Structural Energetic Therapy® (SET) was completed in January 2018 & he is just loving this work, incorporating it seamlessly as a wonderful compliment to the cranial work he has been practicing for decades.
